What is the minimum per order to get free shipping?

The minimum per order is $55.00 to get free shipping. However, you can still place an order for a delivery fee of $7.00.

Can I request a return if I am not satisfied with my order?

You can request a return within 3 hours of the delivery of your order. This can be requested via email at customerservice@parmonproducts.com. Please be as detailed as possible and include photos if necessary. After processed, we will determine if order will receive full refund.

Is my zone within the delivery zones?

We delivery to the following zones:

What is the latest I can place an order for next-day delivery?

The latest you can place your order is by 8PM to get your order delivered the following day.
